Episode #162 – “Birthday Reflections: Growing Older, Growing Grateful” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
It’s my birthday! 🎉🎂
In this episode of Daily Dimensions, I’m taking a moment to celebrate another year of life, reflect on how quickly time passes, and appreciate the blessing of simply being here to see another birthday.
The older I get, the more I realize that growing older is something to be grateful for. Life moves quickly, seasons change, and the moments we have with the people we love are more valuable than we sometimes realize.
This episode is about celebrating life — the journey, the growth, the lessons, the blessings, and everything that comes with getting another year older. I’m reflecting on where I’ve been, where I am now, and simply enjoying the joy that comes with celebrating another trip around the sun. 🙏🏾🎉
Sometimes you don't need a major breakthrough or a life-changing lesson. Sometimes, being alive and having another year to experience life is enough reason to celebrate.
👉 Tune in and celebrate my birthday with me as we talk about gratitude, aging, growth, and making the most of the time we have.

Episode #161 – “Why I Cancelled the Cookout” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
In this episode of Daily Dimensions, I share the real reason behind the difficult decision to cancel this year's Men's Mental Health Cookout.
This wasn't a decision made out of defeat—it was made out of vision.
Over the past few years, the cookout has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined. As the event continued to expand, I realized that trying to plan and execute everything on my own was no longer sustainable. Sometimes, taking a step back is exactly what's needed to take a bigger step forward.
In this episode, I talk about the importance of recognizing your limits, building the right team, and creating systems that allow your vision to grow beyond what one person can accomplish. Rather than forcing the event to happen before it was ready, I've chosen to invest this season into building a strong foundation so next year's cookout can be the best one yet.
If you've ever had to pause something you care deeply about in order to make it better, this conversation is for you.
👉 Tune in for an honest discussion about leadership, stewardship, growth, and trusting the process.

Episode #159 – “Help Wanted” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
In this episode of Daily Dimensions, we talk about something many of us struggle with but rarely admit: asking for help.
When you’ve spent so much time in survival mode, independence can start to feel like safety. You learn how to carry everything on your own, regulate your life through control, and convince yourself that needing help is weakness. But over time, that same independence can quietly condition people to believe you don’t need support at all.
We dive into how survival mode impacts the nervous system, why constantly being in “fight or flight” makes rest feel unfamiliar, and how learning to regulate yourself is a key part of healing. We also talk about the courage it takes to ask for help — and how fear of rejection often keeps us stuck in isolation.
This episode is a reminder that help is not weakness — it’s wisdom. Healing often begins when we stop trying to do everything alone. 🙏🏾
👉 Tune in for an honest conversation on vulnerability, nervous system regulation, and learning how to receive support.

Episode #158 – “In the Room: Lessons from the Yale Black Venture Summit” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
In this episode of Daily Dimensions, I reflect on my experience attending the Yale Black Venture Summit — a full-day conference centered on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and venture capital. 💼
From powerful conversations to pitch competitions, this event brought together visionaries, founders, and leaders all focused on building wealth and creating impact. I also had the opportunity to hear from and meet Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings of Earn Your Leisure, and soak in the wisdom they shared.
More than anything, it was refreshing and inspiring to be in a space filled with Black excellence, ownership, and forward thinking.
In this episode, I talk about:
✨ The importance of getting in rooms where high-level conversations are happening
✨ Why investing in your future matters more than ever
✨ The impact of being surrounded by growth-minded individuals
✨ And why experiences like this can shift your perspective in a powerful way
This is a conversation about exposure, elevation, and putting yourself in environments that challenge you to grow.
👉 Tune in for a reflection on wealth, mindset, and stepping into rooms that expand your vision.

Episode #157 – “What Do I Do With My Anger?” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
In this episode of Daily Dimensions, I open up about something I’ve been struggling with lately — anger.
For most of my life, I’ve tried to avoid being seen as the “angry” or “threatening” Black man. Because of that, I learned how to process just about every emotion… except anger. And now, at 32, I’m realizing that avoiding it hasn’t helped — it’s only made it harder to understand and express in a healthy way.
This episode is a real and vulnerable look at what it feels like to carry anger but not know what to do with it. The fear of how people will react, the pressure to stay composed, and the challenge of finding a safe and healthy way to release what’s inside.
I don’t have all the answers — and that’s part of the conversation. This is an open dialogue, and I’m inviting you into it.
👉 If you’ve ever struggled with anger, expression, or being misunderstood, this episode is for you.
💬 I’d really appreciate your thoughts — how do you navigate anger in a healthy way?

Episode #156 – “The Burden of a Blessing” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
In this episode of Daily Dimensions, we talk about a truth that isn’t always easy to admit: every blessing comes with responsibility. 🙏🏾
Whether it’s a job, a relationship, marriage, children, or a new opportunity in life, blessings often come with pressure, duty, and the responsibility to steward what we’ve been given. At times, that responsibility can feel overwhelming — and even feel like a burden.
We also talk about the importance of not letting our frustrations turn into complaints that sound like a lack of gratitude for what God has blessed us with. Instead of complaining, this episode challenges us to learn how to process the pressure in a healthy way while still honoring the blessing itself.
This conversation is about growth, responsibility, gratitude, and learning how to carry your blessings with maturity and purpose.
👉 Tune in for an honest and reflective conversation on faith, gratitude, and stewarding the opportunities in your life.

Episode #154 – “From Wilderness to Abundance” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
In this episode of Daily Dimensions, I share a powerful testimony of how God’s abundance can show up when you least expect it — but right when you need it most. 🙏🏾
After spending months in a difficult wilderness season, walking in faith and obedience without knowing what the outcome would be, things began to change quickly. It took six months to find the right job, but in just six weeks everything shifted — landing the job, being promoted to Program Director, and even purchasing a car.
This episode is a reflection on trusting God during the waiting season and recognizing His goodness when the breakthrough comes. Sometimes the season of preparation feels long and uncertain, but when God moves, things can change faster than you imagined.
👉 Tune in for a conversation about faith, obedience, patience, and experiencing God’s favor after a difficult season.

Episode #153 – “All Dogs Go To Heaven” | Daily Dimensions Podcast
In this deeply personal episode of Daily Dimensions, I share about one of the hardest decisions I’ve recently had to make — saying goodbye to my dog, Tico. 🐾
For years, Tico wasn’t just a pet — he was family, a companion, and a constant presence through many different seasons of life. In this episode, I open up about the emotions that came with having to let him go and the weight of making that kind of decision.
We also take time to reflect on the many memories, moments, and lessons that came from the years we spent together. While loss is never easy, remembering the love and joy that someone (or something) brought into your life can help bring meaning to the goodbye.
This episode is about grief, gratitude, and honoring the memories that stay with us long after the moment has passed.
👉 Tune in for a personal and reflective conversation about love, loss, and remembering the moments that matter most.
